Antonio Guterres (UN)
Cash reward of R 100 000
The Peoples Lekgotla Tribal Court sent a summons to Mr. Antonio Guterres Secretary-General of the United Nations to stand trial before the people on the following accusations.
He is accused of the following crimes, among others, in his position as the Secretary General of the UN.
That the UN has declared authority over any countries sovereignty and seek global control through national emergencies which they themselves declare on pandemics, as announced at the UNGA 78.
However during Covid 19, they failed to stop State violence and draconian lock-downs which caused social crisis resulting in property and livelihood loss as well as destruction of society.
The UN continues to push for digital ID’s and surveillance of the people.
Also requiring explanation and immediate corrective action by Mr. Guterre in his position as Secretary General of the United Nations, is the fact that UN peacekeeping troops have legal immunity from prosecution in the host state. Normally the country that sent the troops to the host state is supposed to prosecute its soldiers for any crimes they commit there, but in practice, many don’t have the laws needed to conduct trials for acts committed abroad. Others systematically fail to uphold their obligation to prosecute. UN peacekeepers are essentially free to get away with terrible crimes because they know this jurisdictional gap provides them with immunity.
He is therefore personally accused of criminal conspiracy and manslaughter, as well as charges of personally being liable for aiding and abetting the murder of millions of our people by being a co-conspirators of State sanctioned murder of uninformed people.
The Peoples Court await his appearance before the Court.
